AboutAssemblies & Sections
Assemblies
APSR assemblies are specialised scientific and clinical activity groups.
An assembly's purpose includes the production of clinical guidelines and position statements, and assistance in fostering and improving clinical practice and research. As such, assemblies are in a prime position to help develop the scientific programme of the annual APSR Congresses.
As an assembly member, you can enjoy the intellectual stimulation of sharing ideas and learning through interaction from other assembly members. You can network online with other members working in your field. Such peer-to-peer collaboration can be mutually beneficial for professional discussion/knowledge exchange, career progress and other opportunities.
APSR members are encouraged to join up to three APSR assemblies that identify their professional expertise and research interests, which currently cover the following broad fields. Members can join or change their assemblies at any time, online. There is no fee to join an assembly.
