3rd Big 5 Lung Diseases Workshop of APSR and Union APR

The 3rd Big 5 Lung Diseases Workshop will be held as a satellite event of the APSR 2026 Congress in Penang, Malaysia. The workshop will bring together clinicians, researchers, and stakeholders to share and discuss practical primary care models addressing the Big 5 lung diseases across the region.

  • Venue: Setia SPICE Convention Centre, Penang, Malaysia

Call for Primary Care Models

We invite submissions of primary care models addressing the following Big 5 lung diseases, with the aim of improving lung health outcomes:

Asthma | COPD | Lung Cancer | Tuberculosis |Acute Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

Authors of accepted primary care models will have the opportunity to present their work onsite at the workshop, engage in interactive discussions with other attendees, and have their work included in the Workshop Summary Report to be published in Respirology.
